Airports are a a great place to start your aviation career as most roles offer entry level positions and you’re learning in a hands-on environment. To work in secure areas of the airport you need an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and you need to be an Australian Citizen or hold an Australian Visa (limited visas accepted). Most airport roles don’t require a Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification, some jobs require a Certificate, as listed in the training section.
