TAFE offers a wide range of Engineering study options with different areas of specialisation. If you’re interested in aircraft maintenance TAFE offer a Certificate II in Aeroskills as a pre-apprenticeship course and a Certificate IV in Aeroskills for those employed by an aviation maintenance employer. Certificates I, II, III & IV, diplomas and advanced diplomas are all available.
On-the-job training with established companies is the most common way to gain Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Mechanic qualifications.
